Dear Eng. J. Mutisi

Cry the beloved country. Eng. Mutisi sorry for i personally don’t  know  you or your academic qualifications and social behaviour but certainly your suggested solution regarding the chaos motorists endure at our tollgates leaves a lot of questions on your reasoning capacity.

Surely, is levying taxes on fuel the best solution Eng. Mutisi? Assuming you are the minister of transport how will you address the issue of cars that dont fuel up in Zimbabwe and fuel bought for non vehicular use?

Yes, revenue collection will go up because you will be robbing a lot of people who don’t even use those highways. In short your solution doesn’t address the problem at all but exposes your reasoning limitations, typical of Zimbabwean  ministers who instead of bettering the lives of the povo they pile more burden unto them.

Eng. Mutisi please think like an Engineer not some greedy capitalist. Very soon you will tell villagers complaining about lack of bridges to buy planes. Address the issues of toll gate
efficiency, supervision, cheating, highway limitations vis-a-vis traffic volumes.

Zimbabweans surely deserve better if not best.
