By James Gwati-Zanu PF lawmaker for Chipinge South, Enock Porusingazi’s son has been dragged to the High Court by six orphans whom he is said to be evicting from thier Mutare house.

The six orphans, four girls and two boys are staying at Stand no 6931 Phase 3 Chikanga township in Mutare, which they inherited from their late father, Mr Phineas Muchafuruka.

Below is the sad story of the orphans.

Our problem is we are being evicted from the house by one Enerst Porusingazi . Enerst Porisingazi has used his power as a son of a politician to evict us with the help of two members of our family, Artwel and Sandra Muchafuruka. Please we appeal to anyone who can help us since we are poor and don’t have money to consult a lawyer. Enerst Porisingazi has bought all the people involved in changing ownership of the house to his name. He has used his political power and wealthy to deprived us of our right to shelter.This is the cry of the poor and vulunerable very soon we shall be in the streets with nowhere to go.Your help will be God sent (our fellow Zimbabweans)
