Memorandum to MDC T Standing Committee Members

The events of December 27, 2020 should never be allowed to recede to the back of our memories. As leaders of our party MDC T, the time come to make a clean and unequivocal decision as to where you stand with regards to the party stolen funds, black market racketeering and in the process gross violation of the country Foreign Exchange regulations.

We’re also on record that the EOC was shambolic, failed glaringly to meet the basic minimum of a free, fair and credible plebiscite. Three of the four candidates condemned in very strong terms the violence and rigging that characterized this non event.

Douglas Togarasei Mwonzora is not a legitimate President of the MDC T. He’s an imposter, who should be in jail for theft of party funds and godfather of violence.

This is a promise, clean house, dissociate yourselves from the chicanery and voluntarily present yourselves to the police for deposition. If you did not partake in the theft, here’s your chance to come clean.

Theft, violence and rigging have no place in the party of Excellency. The party is bigger than individual thieves and purveyors of violence. Do the right thing or history will judge you harshly.

The wheels of justice are slowly catching up with those who play fast and loose with party resources, it’s constitution, values and ethos.
