By Own Correspondent| A High Court judge Justice Foroma has ordered the release of Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition Board Chairperson Rashid Mahiya.

Mahiya, who is also Heal Zimbabwe Executive Director was granted $1 000 bail and told to report twice at Harare Central police station.

Mahiya is facing treason charges following the January 14 fuel protests which rocked the country.

He is being accused of attempting to subvert a constitutionally elected government and he handed himself to the police last week after being on their wanted list for over a month.
