To Boost The Economy & Trust, Mnangagwa Must Be Banned From Receiving Gifts from People, AGREE/DISAGREE?

President Mnangagwa is not a King, so should he be allowed to receive gifts like Webster Shamu’s 15 beasts? | CIVIL SERVANT LAWS NO.1

In some jurisdictions gifts are taxable income. IN Zimbabwe gifts are given to buy votes during elections. This is corruption of the worst kind. It is surreal that huge property is just handed over to someone for no consideration
Am not sure what the Constitution says on the amount of the gift. Large gifts are presumed to be bribes or return for some favors or literally corruption.
