Guys you discuss issues you do not understand,A Permanent Secretary is CEO and Minister is the Chairman.The permsec is responsible for implementing Cabinet policies,the Minister is a political appointee.
so did these ministers submitted their cvs. can they be made public please

I am not happy with cabinet because personally I feel Chinamasa failed in finance during mugabe time, no secret, Chikukwa was in the lead decampaigning ED in Harare and has done nothing to justify her reappointment, Parirenyatwa is useless, Mpofu although a hard worker, his public image is like chombos, Dokora is a victim of poor PR as he claims never said things ascribed to him…. Bimha not a saint but no sinner however trade and commerce needed a new face…. mash east yapiwa poison yema G40 ega ega eish, whose advise was that? Vana Chinomona varipo
however kudos to mgwena for bringing in 10 new cabinet minister out of 21….. Murwira, Chitando, Shiri, Mutsvangwa, and S B Moyo will indeed make an impact…. I would have put SB Moyo at finance as he is the most experienced business turn around cadre in this cabinet… let’s give them a chance and support the vision
