#Thisflag Pastor Evan Mawarire was nearly abducted on Friday afternoon by apparent Central Intelligence Organisation operatives. Visibly shaken but full of resolve, the man who has become the face of Zimbabwe’s struggle, Nelson Mandela style, spoke against violence, but urged citizens on, “I know it’s tough, but we must be tougher.”
He continued, “tonight has been one of those tough nights some men tried to abduct me against my will. some other men have been arrested, Tajamuka, what we are trying to do is build our country,” he said…

It’s too late for him to leave a proper heritage Sir. I was blessed to have been born after God’s grace set us free. Enabling my generation to get a great education. From the 80s onwards it was one corruption scandal after another. I was at school & read it in the papers. I can remember at least two dozen. He has presided over that rot from way back then. He could have stepped down years ago & negotiated a package with an exemption from ICC.
How many people have been used as ritual sacrifices for this govt to remain in power? Only God knows the exact number of human sacrifices but his legacy is now damaged beyond repair.

No no no we are a God fearing people. Violence does not solve anything or provide solutions to rebuild this our country. We can reclaim stolen wealth but no bloodshed. We NEED repentance as a nation and asking God for leaders He chooses. Our efforts should be on working together for the future. I and my family as many others have suffered enough in the wilderness/diaspora. We are homesick and we want to come home to our Zimbabwe. Let us repent and walk with God folks.

Mawarire is a symptom of a deep problem. A reluctant hero. To abduct him or kill him is useless. Tackle to problem at the root. Greedy people in power. Incompetent loyalists, an aging president in incorrectly in dread of the ICC, Ministers who make rash decisions that he knows are against the will of electorate and suddenly announce them out of the blue, poverty stricken people desperately trying to make 100$ a month through border trading, industrialists terrified of a bond notes, degreed people selling jiggies, unemployed youths with nothing to lose who crave chaos and destruction in an effort to give themselves a place in the world, prostitutes wjho have children at home who cannot even sell their bodies for 10$………… if mawarire is disposed of i fear a im born terrorist will proclaim a liberation war agenda. People spoke kindly to smith but he was intoxicated with fake evolutionary theories….. then protests… then a liberation war. Right now Christians are protesting in peace, in love, in respect but if you remove them natural born killers will arise. This is a prediction, not a promise. With all my heart, i urge president Mugabe, the CIO, the police to bring sanity by attacking corruption, not Mawarire, attacking greed, not respectful protests, and the president resigning so he can leave a proper heritage that will last.
