Local Government Minister, Saviour Kasukuwere was this morning defeated in a landmark ruling that saw Harare mayor, Ben Manyenyeni walking out with the last laugh.
Manyenyeni was contesting his suspension early this year.
The court also ordered Kasukuwere not to further suspend Manyenyeni on any other related matter.
Representing him was top constitutional lawyer, Lovemore Madhuku who argued Kasukuwere’s suspension of Manyenyeni is illegal. More to follow…
