ZANU PF Director of Information and Publicity, Farai Marapira, has dismissed allegations of factionalism within the ruling party.
He emphasized that the party remains united under the capable leadership of President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa.
In a statement, Marapira stated:
“There are no factions in @ZANUPF_Official. We are all united under President Mnangagwa’s leadership.
Revolutionary wartime songs are sung at every gathering, and it’s unfortunate that some overly eager individuals see shadows where there are none.
The Party’s stance is clear at our meetings; we have structures in place. Decisions are made at our conferences, and press briefings are conducted by Ambassador Mutsvangwa, not rogue pressers from Tom, Dick, or Harry.
ZANU PF operates through structured processes; when we meet, we engage in meaningful discussions and make collective decisions.
All other noise is mere chatter and of no consequence… don’t pay attention to it. Regarding the video, I realize I haven’t provided one recently, but I promise to share it within the next seven working days. I’m certain you’re eagerly anticipating it, as there’s so much progress I’m excited to share with you—stay tuned!”
