Road Rehabilitation
We pledge to:

Prepare a detailed roads master plan that should cover every ward and district in Zimbabwe.

Rehabilitate the primary, secondary and urban road network over a 5 year period.

Rehabilitate the tertiary network over a 10 year period.

Road Construction

We pledge to:
Construct all-weather roads using polymer hard surface technologies.

Modernize regional trunk roads so that we become the regional transport nerve centre.

Construct ring roads, spaghetti roads & other forms of road decongestion.

Rail Transport

We pledge to:

Restructure the NRZ into 2 – a rail infrastructure company to operate/maintain the rail system & a commercial rail services company.

Facilitate the construction of new rail links to create urban mass transit systems between major cities

National Airline & Airport Systems

We pledge to:
Commercialize, rationalize & restructure Air Zimbabwe.

Adopt an open air policy to ensure more airlines fly into Zimbabwe.

Establish an Airport Development Fund to expand & maintain airport infrastructure.

Civil Aviation

We pledge to:

Reorientate the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe to focus on air control & ground services.

Investment in modern air safety & communications equipment to enable Zimbabwe to achieve
Category One Aviation Status

We pledge to:
Introduce stricter requirements for the acquiring of drivers’ licences & eradicate corruption.

Introduce a points based licence system.

Use tech & geo information systems to monitor traffic volumes & conduct traffic surveillance
