On the eve of commemorations to mark the 41st anniversary of Zimbabwe’s Independence Day, Legwan Mavhunga and Munyaradzi Mafararikwa are nursing injuries at Parirenyatwa Hospital sustained after they were tortured while in police detention.

A hospital bedside court session was convened Saturday at Parirenyatwa and the 2 were remanded to Tuesday for continuation of bail application.
