By A Correspondent| Below is a letter by school heads and their deputies declaring incapacitation while accusing their employer of insincerity in the National Joint Negotiating Committee meeting held on the 1st of April.

In their declaration, school heads and their deputies under the Zimbabwe National Union of School Heads (ZNUSH) said they will only report for duty as and when they can.

They further instructed their members not to send teacher attendance statistics to Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education as well as Public Service Commission until further communication to the contrary.
