Tinashe Sambiri|The Methodist Church in Zimbabwe( MCZ) family has been plunged into mourning following the death of Senior Minister, Reverend Allen Matsikiti on Tuesday.

Reverend Matsikiti was stationed in New Highfield Circuit in Harare.

In a statement, MCZ
General Secretary, Reverend Dr Mujinga described Rev Matsikiti’s death as a terrible blow to the church.

Sisters and brothers in Christ, it is with heavy heart that I announce the passing on of REVD ALLEN MATSIKITI who was stationed in New Highfield Circuit.

Rev Matsikiti died this evening(last night).

We are still waiting for the Clinical report and we will give you more details in due course.
