I have no more tears to shed, I have no more words to say, I have no shoulder to cry on because all the people who were supposed to comfort me are either behind bars or murdered.

Lavender Chiwara, abducted and killed by Zanu pf, Patson Dzamara, arrested and poisoned and now dead.

I have been quiet since I learnt of the death of these gallant sons of Zimbabwe, not because l was not concerned, but I was too overwhelmed to speak.

Hopewell Chin’ono, Jacob Ngarivhume and Job Saro Wiwa Sikhala, I believe you heard of the passing on of Patson and Lavender, but being locked up the way you are now, I beg you comrades to accept your situation and allow us to represent you and I promise you that everything will go as you would want it to go if you were here.

We’re where we are now and as long as Emerson Mnangangwa is claiming to be our leader and us allowing that, cemeteries will be our recreational parks.

Patson and Lavender, may your souls rest in eternal peace.
