By Own Correspondent| The Harare vendor who was brutally assaulted by police a few days ago over the police’s own helmetgate scam has reportedly died while in police custody.

ZimEye is getting reports that Hilton Tafadzwa Tamangani died in police custody yesterday following the police beating.
