Correspondent|THE Deputy Minister of Information, Publicity & Broadcasting Services Energy Mutodi has said it is only “slow learners” who thought President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s God-Satan analogy was blasphemous.

President Mnangagwa, while fielding questions from journalists during a press conference held at the conclusion of the third session of the Zimbabwe-South Africa Bi-National Commission Summit in Harare yesterday, drew an analogy saying even in Heaven God had problems with the devil but He still remained the Creator.

Mutodi said: “Some slow learners struggled to understand what President ED Mnangagwa meant when he said even God could not keep his house in order he had Satan.

“That wasn’t blasphemous he simply meant that we as a country are not amused by efforts of detractors to derail our progress.”
