By Own Correspondent- Failed economic policies and not sanctions are behind Zimbabwe’s failed economy, the US Embassy in Harare has revealed.

In a tweet issued on their page, the UK said the country’s economic recovery depended on promised political and economic reforms and not sanctions removal.

Said the US Embassy Harare:

“Truth: Zimbabwe’s economic recovery depends on its ability to deliver on promised political and economic reforms. Failed economic policies not sanctions hinders Zimbabwe’s economic growth.”
