CIO Shuts Down Internet Again As Soldiers Begin Assaulting People In Harare South

By A Correspondent |The internet was last night shut down again just as it was reported that uniformed soldiers have begun beating civilians right now in Southlea Park, Harare.
The Security Ministry issued another directive on mobile networks Thursday night and the Zimbabwe lawyers for human rights and the media institute of Southern Africa have since launched an urgent High Court petition challenging the instruction.
