Education Minister, Lazarus Dokora’s Muslim syllabus recently introduced with which he last year unilaterally banned voluntary club Scripture Union claiming that it is part of the old curriculum, has been revealed. The Minister has declared that Islam was Zimbabwe’s first faith at independence in 1980. When he banned SU, Dokora announced this through the state media but would deny it all saying to ZimEye that Sunday Mail Religion editor “Fatima Bulla lied,” the latter who published the minister’s first recorded interview.
Dokora’s curriculum is 90% more about religion than anything else, analysts reveal. The three other areas are Dokora’s imposition of studies on Sexuality, Conflict Management and the imposition of the internet based e-learning, the latter which is now forced onto schools which have neither electricity nor computer equipment.
Meanwhile, the below comprises Dokora’s syllabus for O’Level pupils and this is what Dokora used to ban voluntary club Scripture Union as is revealed in the state media. He did it on his own without consulting anyone and before even understanding the long known fact that Scripture Union has no connection whatsover with any syllabus. His explanation was in the claim that Scripture Union is part of the old curriculum and so must be removed. Zimbabweans later learnt that he had been offered a $20million loan by an Islamic States company and had to quickly rush to change the syllabus to their liking, SEE DIRECT QUOTES.
During the same period the Minister without any consultations, also unilaterally banned Grade 7 applications for Form 1 and forced the entire Zimbabwean nation to start using a dodgy website, which does not work, resulting in thousands of kids becoming stranded and the nation’s whole education system was ground to a halt.
During the same time, he also unilaterally began forcing kids into militant recitations at school assembly, something unheard of in the nation and now school kids are obliged to make militant vows before entering classrooms. SEE VIDEOS:…

Meanwhile, in February this year, Dokora explained his motivation for all this saying Islam was ranked Zimbabwe’s number 1 religion in 1980. While making illustrations (SEE VIDEO), he pushed Christianity to number 4 of his list, later on to change his file and after being exposed by ZimEye, has now reversed that order as his final document now shows.

natural nyasha, I’m not surprised you buy into this rhetoric, this is how most of the European countries find themselves in trouble with Islamic jihadists. KIDS will learn nothing good from this, what they will be taught is this glamourised and sanitized version of Islam, just to seduce them into converting to Islam. Actually Islam is on par with ZANU PF on a lot of levels but especially on murdering people who have nothing to do with anything to with them.
On suppressing any discussion about the future of the country
On using force instead of persuasive facts and figures
On denying democracy
On denying personal rights of any citizen
On preferring dictatorship
ISLAM would be a very good tool to work along ZANU PF and would ensure ZANU PF remains in power for much longer.
Christianity does not allow random killing or beating up of people so better with Islam as it has no such limits and also allows rape of young girls. It makes a lot of sense for ZANU PF to bring in Islam.
Islam is not a religion but an ideology, this ideology imposes itself into societies with devastating consequences for the inhabitants in for stages.
Stage 1, Infiltration (This is the stage we find ourselves in Zimbabwe in, through processes like the one imposed in our schools by people like Dokora)
Stage 2, Consolidation of power (What we find happening in many European countries now)
Stage 3, Open war with leadership and culture. (What’s happening in Nigeria with the likes of boko haram)
Stage 4, Totalitarian Islamic theocracy, calumniating in the total imposition of Sharia law, where; honour killings are legal, apostates are killed, Christians pay Jyzia for their protection, cutting off
limbs and many more barbaric practices allowed in Islamic countries. I urge all concerned to find out more about Islam so that we don’t sleepwalk into a nightmare like some countries north of us find themselves in. This man introducing this has a hidden agenda and is quite comfortable to lie about it. His aim is to bring this discredited religion into Zimbabwe using Taqiya(lying to your enemies to achieve what you want) as part of his grand Jihad plan to Islamise the entire country. I am not Dokora, but a parent who chooses to be clued-in to what’s happening in this country. There is nothing new in that syllabus where Islam is a sub-topic in RME. Ask any RME teacher if you are in doubt. Open your eyes!

These are just lies from a half-baked website masquerading as a news source. Curriculum reforms is an important process in every progressive country. I support the gvt coz we need our children to be taught skills and not theoretical stuff that ends them on the street. And Dokora has confirmed time and again that he is Catholic, and there is no introduction to Islam but you guys want to muckrack day and night.
My son got place a Form 1 place at St. Ignatius using the Ministry’s E-registration process. Like thousands of other people, I found it to be a very efficient way to save time and money and to avoid bribing the school head.
