12 months later, spiritist preacher, Emmanuel Makandiwa’s church has begun seeking audience on the man’s fat belly miracle claims exposed last year.
Makandiwa who was humiliated in a fake fat belly miracle by ZimEye.com last year, has begun reaching out to the media seeking empathy with an emissary by name Donald Kufa approaching ZimEye so we can publish what he says are “clearer” miracles.
The man was last year exposed and shown that he faked a miracle at his Passover Night meeting in April 2015. On that night he announced he was healing a woman of belly fat. But the church’s cameras revealed a deep sinister plot to deceive.- the church’s own camera footage showed in this expose that Makandiwa had deployed a church female worker to stand behind the “patient” and deflate a balloon stashed inside the “patient”‘s dress. [SEE video above:]
The UFIC pastor, Donald Mhandu has approached ZimEye.com writing:”I am (Pastor) Donald Mhandu from UFIC. I just wanted to say most of the stories that you get from people … about Prophet E.Makandiwa are not exactly true and I could assist by giving you some with proper facts, miracles that have actually happened, including the other versions of flat tummy miracles which are clearer than the one you were given.
“In short I am saying there is s lot that the man has done which is not being published…” he wrote.

Tell me of scripture where Jesus our Lord went to a hospital and started raising people from their beds. We know from scripture that there were hospitals because from the parable of the good Samaritan the wounded man was taken to one but not even one day did we hear about Jesus going to a mortuary to raise the dead or hospital to deliver the sick. We don’t hear of him going to a bar or brothel to deliver people or perform signs there but we hear of God going to Church and driving out the money changers. The church has always been God’s operating room. It is not merely a building but the presence of God. Where Jesus would move around, he carried the power to heal but often times you would first gather consent from the other party being prayed for. God does not force salvation on people. He requires your participation. I can tell by what you are saying that you have never been to the City Sports Centre. We don’t go there for miracles only. I for one enjoy seeing the power of God move but the greatest I enjoy most is one such that comes through the delivery of God’s word in a unique way that is so close to home you can touch it, feel it and apply it. However the word of God carries the power that it lays claim to. When we speak about God as a healer and we read it out of the Bible, what good is it if we only read it and it does not work for us? So what you see happening at the City Sports is not simply concentration on miracles and infatuation on them. We concentrate on the word of God and what it can do and in turn God then shows us that this word is so powerful that it is not only meant to stay in the pages of the bible but so real that it can work for us in the now. So our concentration in not in miracles. We concentrate on the word of God and the word of God concentrates its power on us.

I do not stand to comment concerning PHD or Magaya, If you read well you will notice I commented concerning Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa. The rest you are talking about, I have no clue, I have never been there and I cant comment on what I have not investigated. The same Bible that ensures our salvation speaks of the rich man who died and went under the wrath of torment. He could see Lazarus on Abraham’s bosom enjoying the benefits of living a righteous life on earth yet he was languishing in pain as a result of a sinful life. Upon seeing this pain and the extreme opposite being enjoyed by Lazarus he wished not to see his relatives following the same path he fell into. He then asked if he could be allowed to come back on earth and warn his relatives. The response he got puts so much emphasis on what you are fighting here. He was told, I have given Moses and other men of God to cause these people to repent and come to the me if they cannot listen to the ones I called, they might as well join you. This means that Moses and all the other priests and prophets sent of God have a pivotal role in the salvation of many. Deliverance does not necessarily mean making you vomit or roll on the ground. It means setting you free from any force of captivity holding you hostage. We were all held hostage and inherited sin from Adam. If any man comes and changes that state of affairs as sent by God, that amounts to deliverance. It is important to have men sent of God to liberate people from bondage. Mindset liberation is also one important part. You are so excited about the salvation you have and the Christ you know but imagine where we are coming from as Africans. We had no knowledge of Christ. Such knowledge was brought by foreighners who are man. If they had not taken heed to the call and asignment of delivering us from the ignorance we were living in, then we would not have known the knowledge of Father, Son and Holy Spirit you are gracefuly quoting and claim to enjoy.
Mapipi ayo? At Primary School we used to see Abracadabra. I don’t go to see mapipi. Hospitals are full of people – some of them real believers (children of God) who need deliverance more than anyone else, why not start with these first before attending to the folly who come to City Sports Centre?
I agree with you but I do not agree with most of what you say. However, you miss my points: these prophets when they turn the scriptures and claim they can deliver man (Prophetic Healing Deliverance). Deliverance from what? I don’t need a prophet to be delivered from my sins. I don’t need a prophet to experience miracles in my life. When they claim to be anointed. Anointed by who? Why do they claim things that did not happen to them? Why do they preach lies: a) Gospel of prosperity (what is that?), b) that there will be rain of Gold (these are some of the falsehoods, c) Magaya saying Bond Notes are good for the country and that the country will prosper – aren’t these falsehoods? Simple Economics tell you that the Bond notes will bring a parallel economy, no way out – for Zimbabwe’s case – even Jesus was once drawn to answer an economic question (and he answered give unto Caesar what is Caesar’s). Prophets don’t delve into the Bevs of this world (funding prostitutes?). God Forbid.

Who humiliated who? is this not self-humiliation? Allegations without proof have no influence. Here is a tip for you: your first story ran dry because you did not have plausible things to say. You need to get your facts straight.
Uuuum it is difficult visualize what Zimeye.com is purporting. Could you kindly demonstrate what you are alluding in a video of your own (YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME YOU NEED). If Makandiwa could pull off such a ‘stunt’ I think you can reproduce it. Don’t forget to show us the balloons and strings.
Mr Publisher lets do this….we wait for the day of your death (seeing that its fast approaching) then have your closest relatives and your workmates bring your corpse to the City Sports Centre in Harare and have your dead body resurrected by God through his servant Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa…NO STRINGS ATTACHED.

You read the Bible, most of which is filled with names of man, human beings to whose literature we accredit the knowledge of our salvation. Our ultimate salvation is not a work of man’s doing but the process requires a man in between. Your first sermon was not preached to you by God, God sent a man. The bible makes it clear that we are the light of the world. We get our light from the source and we spread it unto the ends of the world. Man has a part to play in as much as another man’s salvation is concerned, indirectly or directly that is. If not then why should we have a priest in the bible standing in the duty that our Pastor plays in nowadays context? Why should Moses plead with God to say bloat me out and save Israel? Why should the Bible say that the church is built on the foundation of the prophets and the apostles and Christ himself being the chief corner stone. Is it not clear from this scripture that in as much as the church is concerned these God ordained people are a part of the building in which we are told Christ is the chief cornerstone? Subtracting importance from them is simply doing a deservice to the work that Christ performed on the cross.
When you oppose a man or call him a devil always remember how Jesus was called the same yet he was God from heaven and he had come to save the same people who despised him. As for other names you have mentioned I have no claim or say but what I will tell you from first hand experience. Prophet Makandiwa is a genuine man of God, love him or hate him. This is what I have come to understand
Haven’t we seen that video before? Is ZIMeye running out of stories to cover? If being negative about Makandiwa has proven to be fruitless, maybe you could try being positive about him. You just might get the attention you so desperately seek!!
Hey small brains. You have skills that can work better at my piggery. Throw me your cv.
As an intellectual believer, this articles shows a clear clarity that the persons behind ZimEyes have personal agenda against Prophet Makandiwa..this is an personal attack.. Zimeye keep on trying find issues …where are the strings and the balloon….zimeye is just obsessed with Prophet Makandiwa. poor journalism …indeed…
MY FRIEND. LETS NOT HIDE BEHIND COMPUTER SCREENS. GO AND SEE THE MIRACLES FOR YOURSELF AT THE CITY SPORTS. IT WOULD BE GOOD TO MEET YOU THERE. HEHEHE
Jesus is God and fully God yet for the salvation we boast about he had to come in bodily form. If we say we don’t need a man then we are reading our bible upside down.
The same man who is commenting thinks he is justified to comment and help “US” the lost yet he is not God. He is a man, so if we are to wait for God alone then he should just keep his peace and wait for God to come save us from what he terms are the so called falsehoods.
One thing that I applaud you for is at least trying to give evidence to support your argument. However your argument is swayed from the truth and your supporting story seems to be just another newspaper article. What you have done is very similar to a very silly conversation I heard one day. This guy asked his fellow friend, “Was Jesus wearing shoes when he was being scourged in preparation for the cross?” The colleague responded. ” No! when I watched the movie, he wasn’t so you answer is no.” As silly as it sounded then and still sounds now, this is exactly what you did. You took someone’s story and used it to justify you ill proven facts. Whether true or not, I can’t comment on that sine ndisingagone kutaura kwandisina kuswera but using an article yakanyorwa nasomeone who was probably writting based upon another opinion is just so silly If I may say.
What connection does this have to do with the story. If opinion leaders in matters to do with Christianity walk this path then we are surely doomed.
This is rubbish why talking about real miracles kana washaya nyaya taura nezvebond notes coming
False Prophets. Makandiwa. Magaya. All humans are sinners. All people born of woman are sinners. Also, no man can deliver another man from sin. You don’t need another human being to intercede between you and God. You talk directly to the Father. Though shalt not seek deliverance from man (all will be in vain). Only God can grant you deliverance. Jesus as the Only Son of God was the only who had the power to Grant deliverance to sinners. Even the great Prophets of all time (Moses, John the Baptist, Paul nor the Legion of Jesus’s disciples.

I am trying to make sense out of all this but this in not making sense at all. I think journalism entails clearing both ends and getting a verified opinion which is thoroughly investigated. If This so called Pastor Donald Mhandu has opened doors for you then why should you bother us with such news without investigating his claims first. Investigate his claims first then come to us with proven facts. As for that video you have just sent, It does not prove what you are saying it proves. What colour was the balloon? Can you upload a video demonstrating how one can strap a balloon and pull off that stunt as you claim. How was the sting connected to the balloon yet outside the clothes. How did the balloon. If she pulled the string why didn’t it tag on her dress. It had to pull the dress first before it would pull the balloon. I think this is a failed attempt at soiling a just man’s reputation
You are wasting your talent in the wrong field Sir/Madam. You would be a best selling fictional writer specialising in conspiracy theories. You have an incredible imagination and I am intrigued by your inventive eye. My apologies if this was a well researched article, if not please do not wallow in self pity you will be a successful fictional writer.
The lack of authorship on the article shows the absence of confidence in the matters you write about, so I can only assume you need validation.
I hope you grow into a mature writer who does a thorough study before you type a word on any matter and I would recommend you enrol in a Journalism or writing class in these early stages of your career, an older experienced mentor also helps. It will only help grow your talent.

NUMBER 1: It is Prophet Victor Kusi BOATENG. Check your spelling mate.
NUMBER 2: Do not throw these stories and post them here to discredit the truth. These “Pastors” you speak of, these people have their place after this life, and if you keep going down this road, you will share in their destiny.
NUMBER 3: You better know what you are getting yourself involved in, if you do not know what you are talking about BACK AWAY. Do not touch Prophet Makandiwa’s name with your slimy hands. LEAVE IT!!
Zimeye you can’t argue with the over 50 000 people that were present on the day. You have serious optical problems which go beyond an optician. You can’t continue to feed people with your optical- diatribe. Ate those arrows strings? Does that usher need to stand like a stooge without any movement? Her duty was to prevent the lady from a heavy fall so do want her to have clenched fists or fold her hands? Grow up please.

Anointed by who? By Buateng of coz not the Almighty. Read the following:-
FOR THREE long months, Margareth tried to make peace with her guilty conscience.
But now she confessed how she sold her soul for R500 a week.
“I was paid to lie to sick people who come to church for healing,” she said.
Margareth Hlatshwayo (38) from Ivory Park near Tembisa, Ekurhuleni said she is terrified that God will punish her.
She said she heard she could get a job at a church in Joburg and would be paid R500 the same day.
“I didn’t know what kind of job it was,” she said.
When she arrived at the church they told her the lies she had to tell to get the money.
“I was told I must act in a holy way and pretend I was healed. I had to testify to living a horrible life before.”
Margareth knew what she was doing was wrong but she couldn’t resist.
“I needed the money to feed my three children and I couldn’t turn down the offer so I did what they told me.”
That started Margareth’s life of lying.
“I lied to people and agreed to everything the pastor asked me,” she said.
“I said I was unemployed but I had recently got a job through God’s power after the pastor prayed for me. I have not had a job for the past four years. My only job was telling lies at church.”
But then the pastor stopped paying her on time.
“The pastor kept promising that he was going to pay me. Sometimes he would give me R300 and sometimes nothing at all.”
She said some people were lying that they were wheelchair bound before the pastor’s prayers saved them and now they could walk again. Margareth said she only did it to get the money but now her conscience is killing her.
“I’m so ashamed.”
Another woman who went to the same church confirmed what Margareth said.
“I was paid for two weeks but when the pastor stopped paying me, I stopped going.”
The church leader, who called himself a prophet did not deny he knew Margareth but he denied paying people to testify.
“If you want to speak to me for information you need to come to my office. I don’t know you and I’m not prepared to talk to you any longer,” he said, and dropped the phone.

Zimeye you are just looking for an audience using the name Makandiwa, your reporting is not objective hence we can never prove whether you speak the truth. Are you saying tens of thousands of people are so ignorant that it requires only you and a few of your friends hiding behind a computer screen and the internet to speak the truth. The bible is full of things that we cannot understand as humans and its best to agree that you cannot put God in a box. If you had never read the book of revelations and Makandiwa was to tell you the things in the book of Revelations would you believe him? I don’t think you would, or you don’t even believe in God which renders everything done my men of God irrelevant to you and beyond your scope of understanding. I think you should stick to things like Soccer : who is better Messi vs Ronaldo, as for the deeper things of God leave them lest you make a fool of yourself.
uku ndokushaya zvekunyora manje and your stories are all lies ,If not why cant you just go and get the proper facts and see the miracles for yourself otherwise wakadhakwa hauna nyaya
It’s surprising you call yourself zimeye but honestly you are a blind zimeye. Nomatter how much you may try to discredit the authenticity of Prophet Makandiwa miracles you can never win. One thing I can assure you is that you are never going to last. We will hear about you very soon. “Touch not my anointed ones and do my Prophets no harm.” Tsvaga kumwe kwekutambira…. politics maybe.

Journalism of this level is atrocious at best. There is no link between the headline and the body of that story. NOWHERE do we hear anyone acting on behalf of Prophet Makandiwa and you want to be taken seriously??? Give us a break and do us a favour and give us factual based reporting or risk remaining the joke that you already are.
